Rampart's ult has infinite ammo, care package weapons can be found on the ground, maybe one of the more fun bugs like the infinite STIM Octane. Those would all be pretty fun for April fools.

- @CampletelyCrazy care package weapons can not be looted from the ground. But you can find gold weapons on the ground.
