- @Zeelmaekers yeah, they should make it so that if you've finally reached level 500, you're guaranteed an heirloom. Perhaps it would motivate more people to grind through all of the challenges and level up.
Same here! I can't wait for the day I finally get Heirloom Shards. Right now, there is no way to get 500 Apex Packs without buying some (I believe you get 250 by being LvL 500 and owning all the Battlepasses).

An Heirloom Shards pack does not consume an Apex Pack: if you get Heirlooms it is a bonus pack meaning you do not use up a pack.

so you got bamboozled again 🙂 Actually, I believe all Apex Packs count to your Heirloom, @maximas1986 (not Collection Event though)
It is impossible as of right now to get 500 Packs without buying some though.
@CompleatBeetam not sure to be honest as i recall that one of EA community guys confirmed that it don't count and as you said there no way to get 500 packs without buying some packs
