What I am complaining about is that MM is placing players in the position of having to carry the rest of the team.

I am not always able to carry my team.. I simply cannot. I'm not good enough (yet, and maybe i'll never be who knows for sure).

@Vdstrk I see your damage versus their damage, but no context provided to support the fact that MM is bad. I am assuming you are the Wraith, but time played would be a nice indication of your teammates being trash. For example in your second upload did you drop hot? Maybe your teammates got knocked instantly and you were able to survive get a gun and put up a fight? I definitely get your struggles as I have had plenty of poor teammates in pubs and been a trash teammate too, but your screen shots are confusing.

I do not really remember if the team dropped hot or not... I do not think so...

The third i attached is another match where one team mate got dc'd. So we proceeded to play as regular. It was not a hot drop afair.

I see your point and I agree that there are no official stats to support it. It is my experience and my experience only.
The fact still remains, for me, that MM puts a player in a position of carrying the remaining 2.
It happens so often that is the norm. I cannot trust my team mates will do much if anything at all.
When I have actual team mates, the match is way different. It does not necessarily end with a win, but it feels like team work.

And this brings me to another point. That for what some players do it makes no difference whether they quit or not. This would be another topic.

Also, I am not blaming team mates. everyone is free to play as they see fit. It's pubs for that reason. I'm just disappointed when I'm considered the one who should potentially be able to carry the team. I am not that type of player.

I also find it disappointing when I'm placed in a team in which I get carried. It is just useless for me.

Most definitely. I'm not really blaming anyone, but me for not being able to carry the team when needed. I have no clue whether it's a one off or a constant for my team mates. Given they are lvl 20s in general, I would believe they are inexperienced --which is totally fine.
The issue IMO is MM. It gets frustrating.

But it keeps happening
