If you still haven't received your coins after a day, you best reach out to the support team. An EA Advisor will make sure you will get the coins you've purchased.

Here select the game: Apex Legends, your platform you've bought the coins on, and click on missing content.
Here select Never received content, here your preferred contact option. 

Bro I bought 1000 too and steam even accepted the purchase but didn't give me my apex counts it's been 4 days now

I have waited 24 hours with my apex coins and haven't recieved them, i have tried to contact ea but told to resume case which doesn't do anything as im unable to join a live chat with someone who can actually help me

I'm in the same boat as you! What is going on with their support service? Been going round in circles the past few days to get my coins I purchased back and not a single message from support or a sign of a live chat anywhere on EA Help.

Did you by any chance get your coins back? I have 2 days to receive the coins for a skin I want in the shop.
