Re: We should make heirlooms less expensive and make it to 1% chance

My view on the heirlooms is they are intended for the very lucky or those who don't mind using a couple hundred to support the game. They're only meant for a very small group of people, which gives them their valued rarity. If they were to make them cheaper and/or more frequent, they'd loose a lot of their value and players who had spent the $170 to get the previous ones would feel ripped off. Sorry mate, you'll just have to miss out on that cosmetic.
