- @NANO-KILLER-LB If you knock players and die before they are finished, you will not get the kill credit. You must still be alive to get the credit.
@SpyrosFPS If you finish players that are down, you won't get kill credit unless you knocked them yourself. thank you very much for your calirification, so essentially nobody gets the credit of the kills not me not the person who wiped the squad after i died, but i still think that the credit of downed players should be given to the person who downed them if said person died before the squad was wiped by a third party, makes sense don't you think?

Ì got credit for killing someone i didnt kill or knock befofe.
This is confusing to many because it has been changed for no reason since the season 5 update which I think is ludicrous and punishes players without a full squad even more.
Before season 5, if you knocked an opponent/s and then were killed before them you would still recieve credit for the kill in the event they were not revived and you spectated the game long enough for them to die.
After season 5 even if you knock other players, if you die before them you can not recieve the kill under any circumstances. This has led to many kills going accounted for. Though a 3rd party will recieve the kill for finishing a downed opponent if they thirst before completeing the squad wipe. meaning thirsting downed opponents is now a viable strategy to maybe pick up extra kills and damage.
- @1ronKeys well that's a surprise, you could've punched before or hit some damage with a grenade and they fell to their death, i've seen happen before if you hit someone with any kind of damage and they fall to their death off the map you get kill credit.
- @SHIZNICKMASTA thank you for some more calrification, so before (knowing i am a first week player but i did not get to play alot, only past season and this season i am spending around 3 hours a day playing) you got kill credit if you were spectating but season 5 update removed this feature?
- @1ronKeys I will asume you are a fellow Bloodhound main as I. If that's the case, when you scan an enemy and he gets killed by non-player reasons, could be the ring, falling off the map, dying by their own grenade, etc, the kill will count to you as the Bloodhound scan counts as an assist to the player's death
