Re: will you need to make a origin account if you download apex from steam

If you have an existing EA Account you should just be able to link that with Steam.

For more information on how you can link up the accounts check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you run into any trouble getting them connected.

@EA_Kent IF you use steam version, will you have to have origin open too?

With other EA games on Steam there's usually a "light" version of the Origin client that runs in the background after you launch the game. You may not need to have the full Origin client running at the same time.

How can I link my account to steam ?(I'm already downloaded the game from origin and I don't want to download 60 GB again) İs there any chance for playing on steam without downloading game again?PLS HELP!!!

Hey @betilmaster,

Steam has an option to add non-Steam games to your library, but that doesn't have the full Steam integration. If you wanted to add the game to your actual Steam account you would need to do so by clicking on "Play Game" on the game's Steam store page and install the client through the Steam downloader.
