So I first commented on your other post but since you copy pasted, I’ll do the same here:
@MadHouseSagas There’s a couple of incorrect date in what you said so I’ll keep it short but simple:
1) the shard conversion wasn’t in the last updates but few updates back, going back at least a month. So even if you work 12-14 hours a day, you could’ve heard about it.
2) so you first buy stuff and then do your research? That’s a backwards kind of way of doing things? But it’s not $500 that you need to spend to get an heirloom. You need to open between 1-500 packs to get an heirloom after every heirloom you get. 500 packs is basically the equivalent of $500 since you can buy bundles.
3) you spend it between 2 accounts... it needs to be on 1 account... so, no telling how many on your sons’ accounts cause it’ll be the same story. Needs to be on one unfortunately.
4) take your money back after you spend money and aren’t happy with the outcome? Same rules apply here as in the casino.
5) she is kind of right. 1/500 packs guarantees shards now. But there’s been claims of people opening up 500 without shards (again, on one account). In that case you can make a case cause they already stated that 1 in every 500 should net you shards. But if she said it like that, it’s not the best way for someone with lacking info on the matter.
6) in the ‘shards pack’, or heirloom pack as it was first called, you get 150 shards to buy the heirloom set of the character you want so it’s the same as before.
