red shield after land

i spectate many players after land and 200 damage take red shield, is a bug ? And i think for clam down cheaters is better remove r99 and scar

@lnxtv For me someone having red armor with only 200 damage means someone shield swapped on a guy who was doing well and leveled it quick.

As far as I know, there is no cheat that will produce higher armor on drop. Otherwise, it would be a widely noticed and spoken on topic.
