Reminiscing the OG days of Apex

Took a little break from Apex, a month, maybe more, finally came back last weekend, and oddly enough, I’m still not feeling it.

The MM, that’s what I’m calling it now cause I don’t know if it’s SB, or EB, or whatever other acronym implemented, is horrendous.

That being said, the cash grab updates are prominent, store updates, currency updates, all of which I don’t really care for, including the “gifting” option apparently coming in the near future.

My pub games are the same, if not worst, as in really sweaty. Rank is just as bad, but more so being paired with complete bots, I guess that will never change.

I’m wondering if season 15 will be the one, the one to light up that flame again. I can’t be the only one looking back at old POI’S (posted on the forum) thinking the game was sooooo much more fun back then. Not sure what it is, but it felt less of a chore back then, fun factor was up there, as opposed to the same broken crap, day in, and day out.

I miss the OG days lol

    @Gabrielmojo26  on the bright side the mw2 beta was pretty fun and OW2 is dropping in October.

    So apex won't be the only real viable shooter to play at last. 😛

    @MandatoryIDtag Really hoping OW2 turns out to be good.

    As for MW2, I enjoyed the beta a lot but got sick of it quickly after a few days.

    @MandatoryIDtag All my cod friends said the same thing- It's just the last couple failures reskined with newer weapons. They played twice and never played again so I didn't even download.

    Maybe I’m one of the minority who likes the COD campaigns only. Loved MW 2019’s campaign. I’ll probably just buy a used copy of MW2 in a few months just to play the campaign.

    I downloaded in season... 7 (where Horizon was introduced), I didn't play regular until season 9 (Valk) because the game finally started getting some Titanfall Lore updates.

    But I do wish I had gotten to play instant tactical Wraith at least once...
