REMOVE ARENA TRASH MODE!!!
Remove this dumpster fire and a (insert every swear word possible) gamemode!!!! IM TIRED OF CARRYING BOTS EVERY GAME!~!!!!

I like Arenas, I play it from time to time and queues are not long, so I really don't see any reason for removal. You can't prove this mode is dead because you don't have access to the numbers. Also, even if the mode would be dead, the option would still remain. Choice will stay there until the game is dead and buried.
As for the challenges, they have to cover different modes, they are thought out in such a way so that you can grind for events and for the Battle Pass to the max without much effort even when playing only one mode exclusively. Nobody is forced in any way. If you actually want to complete all challenges but don't want to put up the work, that's completely your problem.
You might notice that the Anniversary event track does not include any requirement of playing Arenas. Not even for a badge no one cares about. I think Respawn is doing a very good job of balancing challenges for the different modes. That said, I certainly wouldn't complain if your suggestion were taken.
