remove hip fire on the kraber
the gun is OP and should not have the ability to hip fire at close range.
@DarthValtrex It's an LTM. Why change the gun format for something that will pass so quickly.
Also, it's suppose to be powerful.

@DarthValtrex Hip fire for the Kraber is crazy inaccurate though, even at close ranges. Hitting a shot hip firing is all luck with that gun.
