Alternatively it's possible the account info was stolen and used by a cheater.
Pleading his case will have to occur through the EA support channel. Trying to stir up support on dubious proof via the forums or Reddit just ain't kosher.

Well my friend finally got contacted by customer service and they fully unbanned his account and had him put an authenticator on it. Looks like we can start playing again. Thanks to those that were hopeful this would get fixed. Looks like something got him flagged that wasnt actually cheating on his end. The service person was super friendly and apologetic.

That rocks! Thanks for keeping us informed. I saw a couple posts on these forums saying they were wrongfully banned. This will bring these guys hope!

kinda wondering why they told him to use a authentication process. Did his account maybe get hacked and the person who actually did the cheating used his account maybe ? Just wondering is all.

As I stated before he had previously had an alert of being logged on in two locations and then changed his password. If they did get in his account they didnt have time to play any games. We still arent sure why exactly it happened and ea doesnt seem to provide any info on why, even when they are talking to you
