Today, I had a Gold I match with Bronze teammates… Seriously, Respawn? You clearly stated at the start of the Game that this match only include Silver, Gold, and Diamond players. So why are they being filled with complete beginners? At the very least, give us a heads-up when lower-ranked players are in the match and don´t fake your prediction. This is beyond frustrating.
Of course they are. TBH, I think there are about 3 people left doing stuff for Apex . . . mostly recycling collection events and designing season banners. That's about it.

Are you referring to this graph at the start of the game?
That it shows that there are no bronze players despite there actually being bronze players in the match?
I don't think the rank directly correlates with where you belong, as bronze players can perform as well as Gold, but have been thrown down since the start or halfway point of the season and haven't played to get it back yet.
Though if the display of all the ranks at the start is not correct, that could be problematic.
XHelperZ yes, exactly that is the point. I have asked my comrads, and they told me they are on bronze lvl. I assume the skill bar is just an illusion—it reflects 80% real data, while the rest is completely rigged.
But were they able to prove it or did you take their word for it?
Don't get me wrong, it's completely right to be skeptical of what the skill bar is showing, I myself would not be surprised if it were incorrect.
But if you were not able to confirm 100% for sure that those teammates were ranked Bronze at that time (e.g. Screenshot), then I don't think there is enough reason to believe that the skill bar not working / showing false information.
To be honest, I don't care whether they put "rookie" level players in a diamond lobby. What I care about is how those rookie players perform. And from what I've seen this season it's far more likely that those were diamond tier players using a secondary than that they were legitimate newcomer players. I've seen a LOT of low tier squadmates this season, and a LOT of them drop hot and wipe whole squads on their own. So don't believe everything you see anymore. If you ever did.
