Revenant is still viable, right?
I’m hearing a lot of “Revenant is kind of useless” in the Feedback channels, but Revenant is still pretty viable if I’m not mistaken.

@Sir_Named If you play with a really good rev he is quite viable for pub games and lower to mid levels of ranked. By really good I mean they use their tactical by blocking doors and always hitting wraiths with it. Then they use their ultis in the most perfect spot.
@hayhorHis ult is one of the worst because you have to heal after using it. It is only good for peaking and gather information, but other legends can do that better.
The only really good thing about him is his passive, but because of the fun factor and not because of that much viability.
And his tactical... well at least it is a troll ability so that is something.
- @budzai You do not have to heal if you have a good shield and know you did a lot of damage to the opponent. You still have a full shield plus half your health. The key is you didnt become a shadow and get obliterated immediately.
As I have said, I have played with really good revs and his tactical and ults made a huge difference in our fights.
The biggest issue I see with rev is that monster hitbox. So, to summarize.
Revenant is fairly situational, he can be pretty good, can also be okay.
He’s viable, especially in the right hands, but he isn’t the best.
His passive is useful sometimes, but could be a bit better.
His tactical is only good on certain enemies, or as a mini area denial thing.His ult is helpful, although not the best.

Revenant is good for Casual, not very practical/viable for Ranked, and it won't bring anything on the table for serious matches and tournaments to replace Wattson, Wraith, Path, Gibby or Caustic. He needs better defensive or escape ability, other than climbing higher to survive when he is under attack on the field.- @Alphabets Yep so he is essentially like half the legends in the game. Some characters will never be viable to competitive. Wattson will always be there due to being the ultimate camper. 12 fences means no one is running through your house and her ulti means no one is nading you to get you out. Only Caustic throwing traps thru the windows to destroy the fences allows the push of a good watson team.
