Just had a good one. Backstory is even short: 7 teams left... we hear 2 engaging in/right next to storm... we backstab them... I go down cause I wanted to use the darned hemlock... but I took one with me... there's only 1 guy left (IN THE BLOODY 3TH STORM). Teammate sets up sheila and kills that person while the guy I downed had gold knockdown so other teammate from a distance shoots him... This took 30 seconds for some strange reason. So I'm the caring person, I with my purp evo that's 157 points away from red mark a red one for my teammate seeing as she got me back up and killed the last team... okay...
Last 4 teams... 8 others... 11 total...
We put a position near dome as fighting's going on at the edge of it. I for insurance purposes put my flatline in single fire mode (for picking ppl off in distance)... Okay sheila sets up barricades (which is good) but also sets up a random sheila even tho the fighting's uphill and almost cant be shot from our position. But who knows, squads might go down.
I see lots of downs and so I start to run uphill, as I'm running and within 40m it's them vs us... teammates are still 100m behind...
I engage one from point blank range with R99 and his red evo is instantly 10 R99 bullets gone like PRRRR R99PRRRR XD But while this happened he shot me... my shield gone in 1 hit and I'm at 80 health so in my mind I'm like 'WTFZFZ DID JUST HIT ME?!!!!'
I switch to my flatline and figured 'Ha, you're dead', so I hold my RT to let bullets spray... 1 bullet... in 0.0001 sec I think 'FUZZZZ I HAD IT ON SINGLE' so I instantly start tapping at my RT button... this guy is at max 30hp when I go down... (with the running and this happening some 14 secs transpired). I call out to my 'teammates' that they should focus on octane who's low as a rear end of some females in clubs nowadays... I check the map... and my heart just drops... 1 is halfway between the house (5 secs away from me) and one is right by the house (8 secs away) on the damn sheila...
So while they are running the teammate of the one who downed me starts shooting at my KD shield... and the octane shields up. Right when Octane is shielded up, he uses a plateau to get a lil cover... my teammate 1 who's 30m away doesn't shoot the person trying to kill me until she's at 10m. By this point teammate 2 is right at the plateau and also shooting the same person trying to thirst me -.- Funny thing is... they both exhausted 1 clip... that is 2 clips of 45 bullets at least to down a person not even looking at them from 10 and 30m and they fail LOLZ. The person trying to thirst me turns around and runs away, the octane who downed me who's standing on the plateau kills my teammate 2 who was so focused on downing my thirster, while I'm even saying the octane is next to you. He gets downed. At this point teammate 1 downs my thirster by punching since she spend 2 clips trying to down my thirster from 10m XD and the octane kills her...

The end...
Had one of the most entertaining games ever yesterday. We spent the entire game travelling around in a Trident covered in Caustic traps. It was like taking a taxi to every loot point. When we found enemies we would explode in a cloud of gas and they would run for cover, allowing us to pick them off. Luckily I has a Devotion which seems incredibly easy to use this season, even without the fabled Turbocharger.
Towards the end Caustic set up a kind of underground base full of traps that we would pop back into whenever fighting got a bit too heavy.
It was practically the easiest win I've ever partaken in. We won without any of us taking any kind of major damage.
Worst game was with an Octane who fell off the map within 30 seconds of drop. I respawned him and he did exactly the same 30 seconds later (although I did do something similiar myself once, due to poor death totem placement).
I clipped the 'easy to use' Devotion. I am sure the recoil was a lot harder to deal with in previous seasons.
