Isn’t smurfing a bad thing? I thought the consensus was that all players should be winning and losing at the same rates, with the mechanically skilled players losing at the highest rates. Smurfing is a deviation from this and should be shunned. This what SBMM is producing, after all.

And it isn’t even THAT bad in Apex. Have you seen what’s happening on CoD Cold War. It’s been exposed that the very best players in the world (pros) have stats that literally suggest they are average (not one pro player has a KD over 1.9). Some pros have a KD less than 1.

The whole notion of “forced aggressive SBMM” is ridiculous, no?

@Axs5626Sxa5001 You know I agree and feel bad for you. Id like to see optional sbmm. I didnt mean smurf. I hate that. I meant just get off PC as it seems like a ridiculous sweatfest to me.

    @E9ine_AC Other than one successful session I had, yes this is definately what I saw too. The movement is just another level.

@Axs5626Sxa5001 Not winning 3 out of 4 games anymore no XD. I played 5 games, lets just say in all of 'em but 1 I had at least 1 person under lvl 50 who went straight down... Literally and not-so-literally-but-still-kind-of. So yea...

Dunno if it's SBMM or just bad luck but not doing that. If I wanted bad teammates in a basically hardcore TDM setting I'd play hot-drop-in-pubs matchmaking and not this game mode.
