What's not in there is probably more interesting than what is, but as to what they actually did...

Positive
Round 1 pre shrink timer increased to 90 seconds
New map looks good. Abbreviating it as BM makes it even better because either the devs didn't notice or did it on purpose.
Catalyst looks decent and not the builder everyone thought would turn Apex into Fortnight
Re45 with Disruptor rounds in CP
Map rotation...and the world rejoiced at Storm Point being vaulted
R99 buff
Anvil receiver added for r301 & Flatline (ouchie)

Increase to ranked level min up to 20 is good but not enough.  I think 50 is probably better as others have suggested.

Stickers could be negative, I'm just meh
L-star & Volt changes
QOL stuff good but not enough
Bug fixes were minor but annoying if you experienced them

Gifting will set off the community about EA cash grabs
Removal of Hammerpoints from floor loot
