Seems like insane ability power creep.

Passive: Not only did Revenant already have 2 passives already, he's basically got a working Maggie passive; she's supposed to highlight enemies she's hit, but I have literally never noticed it working. Also did we really need another scan ability? So now he has 4 passives to Ramparts mediocre one... They killed lmgs, so her passive is useless; should have made it so she handles them like before the nerf.

Tactical: it looks like a glorified Vantage tactical without as much delay. I'll miss the silence because it was my favourite part about his kit, but the fluidity of jumping & climbing looks really fun.

Ult: this looks insanely overpowered, it's actually a little worrying; he's practically a miniboss. How are you supposed to deal enough damage to down him before he downs you when he has an overshield. Not to mention he also gets his overshield back when he downs someone so even if your teammate get him weak you'll still have to break his overshield first & if he gets a body swap off too it will be a nightmare.

Why does Rev get passive scanning? 🤡

Seriously, when does Lifeline get to scan something?

Maybe they should give her this. When she heals another teammate or rezzes a downed teammate they are highlighted for her for 15 seconds 😉

@CCbathwater Don't worry. I feel like every legend rework will get passive scanning in there somehow now. Apparently they have decided that up to 20 minute BR matches are too long and they want everyone finding everyone even faster.

(Again, I agree with @reconzero - Deathmatch already exists and is that way)

Watch, eventually when Lifeline calls down her Care Package, it will scan all enemies in 75 meters. People will start calling it down as offense.

Wraith's Voices will scan the person aiming at her.

Anyone using a zipline left by Pathfinder? Scanned.

Using Octane Jump Pad? Scanned.

Pick up gun? Scan.

Drop gun? Scan.

Swap armor? Scan.

Use heal? Scan.

Apex has the worst BR because Scan.

@CCbathwater Maybe if connected to the heal drone anyone you shoot can show as scanned. 😬

  @hayhor Or, as I have suggested already back when we got Seer, Lifeline ult should work as an anti-scanning device. All scanning in a radius of 75m of her ult is rendered completely and utterly unusable. That would make Lifeline an instant top pick on any team and for everyone who is tired of scanning nonsense on Apex.

@CCbathwater It's because their afraid of having a legend completely independent of team members. As lazy as it is, a scan is a easy team benefit to cram in as far as apex abilities go.

    This patch FINALLY fixed the lockout bug for me (no legends, store, bp, currency at -9999 etc) after 3 months. No mention of it in patch notes?
    Is that because it's not an intended fix?
    Either way, is there compensation coming after EA locking us out of our content for 3 months? (Knowing EA, I guess I know the answer to that)
    The optimistic in me says it hasn't been fixed for everyone - and *that's* why there's no apologies/compensation, you're waiting until *everyones* issue is fixed, right? ....right?
    ..........right?
