Season 20 Reactive Flatline Skin

I have gifted 4 free-to-gift items from the shop and those counted towards receiving the Flatline skin. I also gifted a battle pass (which I paid for) and it did not count toward the skin. What can I do to fix this so I can get the skin before the season ends?
