Season 6 Patch Notes discussion thread

I'm excited for the new season, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little worried... starting with evo shields? "rewarding strategic positioning"? I mean... strategic positioning was already well-rewarded but, who knows; Maybe I'm wrong. I just get skittish when I see that players who actively fight are rewarded thoroughly. Now don't get me wrong! Players who search out battles SHOULD be rewarded! But... they were already getting rewarded. I mean, Like I said- maybe I'm overthinking it- and I'll end up loving this change.

And I notice that a number of weapons received aid to control recoil but... were they really that problematic? Like the Spitfire- I thought it was already pretty solid. Same with the Hemlock- I was wreaking with it before, and now...? Thanks I guess? 

Bloodhound already seemed strong, but once again... is now even more stronger for me (and others)...? Thanks again. 

Oh! But I like seeing extended energy magazines and the turbocharger again! And Rampart's passive is wicked-! I love using LMG's. The small "buff" for sniper ammo is very nice too.

The Holo-sprays look really cool too, I would really love to "mark" my presence in an area when setting an ambush.

I only get skittish when I see blatant "buffs" for characters/weapons/loot when myself (and others) already have success with "weak" guns/characters. It just makes it even easier for some players, ya know? Ah but who knows, maybe I'm wrong. we'll find out soon enough! In the meantime, I'm excited to try things out.
