As to the noob getting in a lucky heal, he would likely still die in the next engagement as a more experienced player will have utilised that time to also heal, reposition or push giving them more flexibility that comes with experience that a new player doesn't have. The larger the HP, even if equivalent on both sides would show a good player exponentially increase his odds and why we don't have fast heal backpack/armour because that in a preds hands is literally a lobby slaughter as they make the most out of it.
