I wouldn't expect any help from them. CM will soon come to your aid with a standard answer that they won't help you on the forum. It's always like that.

As far as I know, before getting permanently banned, you had to be punished twice (permanent ban is the third time, if I'm not mistaken, unless something has changed). At least that's what my friend had, but he never got his account back. Each appeal is then rejected automatically. :D

First off, nothing can be done to assist with bans on these forums.
You can dispute your ban up to 3 times, any more will likely not be investigated.
If they do uphold the account action after this, it's likely permanent and nothing can really be done to change that fact.

Now what I'm about to say is pure drivel, it's not going to change the outcome, and frankly, it might be better not to say this.

Regardless if someone did provoke you, in the end, you did break the rules you agreed not to break.
This happens a lot and it really is a tough thing, but if you are easily provoked like that, what's to say it doesn't happen again?

And even if others do things that are not allowed, we have no idea if they do get punished.
Though even if we know they don't get punished, would that make it right for you to tell someone to take their own life?
Personally I don't think that's the case. Whether or not a permanent ban is deserved, well, that's up to the TOS team.

2021 Ban for Offensive Nickname:
In 2021, I was banned for using an offensive nickname. This happened because I linked my Steam account for the first time, and I forgot about a detail in my nickname that was offensive. I genuinely didn’t intend to cause harm and sincerely regret this mistake.

2024 Hack or Cheating Incident:
In 2024, my account was hacked, and the hacker used cheats or engaged in inappropriate behavior. I wasn’t responsible for these actions, and I’ve since taken steps to secure my account and prevent any future issues.

Current Ban (Third Incident):
Now, I’ve been banned for responding inappropriately to some toxic players in a match. I admit I used vulgar language ("unalive yourself"), but I was provoked, and it was a heat-of-the-moment reaction. I understand this was wrong, but it wasn’t an act of malice, and I have learned from my mistake.

Throughout all these incidents, I’ve never intended to break any rules or be toxic. My actions were either unintentional or reactive, and I’ve never engaged in illegal behavior. I sincerely apologize for any offense caused and hope for a fair reconsideration of my account status if possible.

Unfortunately, this is the state of apex. There's no way for you to recover your account unless you are a paid customer who purchase their skins. They will give 2 - 3 chances 

EA only seems to care about money, not the community. Even if EA lifts the ban, the conflict I’ve had with them remains. They know the chances of me spending more money are low because of this, so they might prefer I just make a new account instead. What’s stopping me from just creating a new account, smurfing, or even hacking? I’ve already lost everything, and Apex is declining. It was amazing at its peak, but then problems piled up, and now there’s barely any new content. Balance updates don’t matter to casual players—they just want something fresh.

The real issue is EA’s extreme policies. Other games give temporary bans for chat toxicity, allowing players to learn. Here, one mistake means losing everything. A more balanced approach—like chat restrictions or temp bans—would be better. Apex is already losing players, and this kind of management only makes things worse.

I won’t be sad it’s over; I’ll be glad it happened. If this is goodbye, so be it.

I received an email stating that I can no longer access my account, and that EA has removed my payment details to prevent further charges. I created this account to get help or express my concerns, but everything just leads back to the Terms of Service. Regarding your question, I'm not sure. EA only told me that I can no longer access my banned account, but I believe I can still use their content with a new account. However, given how they track cheaters, they may block things like IP addresses from bypassing bans. In my case, I was only vulgar once in 6 years, and they only banned my account. They never mentioned I couldn’t access another account, though I haven’t tried. Maybe in your case, they’ve blocked your IP, which could explain why you're unable to access the game. Some people even use IP spoofers to bypass bans, but it’s against the rules and might cause further issues.

It really sucks that this company can permanently ban someone for being toxic in chat I can see multiple offense I won’t even type in chat even good stuff or comms cause I believe I’ll get falsely banned by the algorithm they have yet the things I hear people say on open mic should be a actual crime EA I get this guy did something wrong but if his first offense let him go 

Ok nevermind you’re a repeat offender if this was your first offense I can see but I been playing over 5000 hrs years and have 0 offenses that’s where you went wrong I’d start a new acct and become a new person while playing 

I've spent over 3,000 hours and more than 600 euros in the game over the years. But all of that was wiped away because of one mistake—the first time in 6 years that I've been toxic. This ban feels really excessive. I think a more balanced solution would be to remove the chat button entirely, so conflicts and issues like mine are avoided. It's not fair that one small mistake after so much time leads to losing everything, especially for those who have invested so much in the game. This is an issue for other people as well, and maybe it would be better to think of more appropriate solutions rather than punishing so harshly.
