You can talk about skill gap all you want, the games RNG already makes skill a joke. Before a player with high level shields could stand in place with poor positioning and misd 25% of thier shots and still win because RNG. Idgaf who you are, if you land and have a Mozambique and a level one shield you are going down to the player ho landed next door with a level 4 and an R99.
The shield nerf, however minuscule it is, lessens the luck factor. The game will never be balanced because of what it is, a battle royal game with RNG.
As for the servers, I have not had very many issues, a hiccup here and there. It might be dependent on where the player is located and I'm sure needs to be fixed. And yes the sound issues can be god awful at times.
This made zero sense.
Firstable if you think RNG makes skill a joke, you know nothing of Apex Legends. Can you show us your profile, so we can see your stats and how really good you are? By your opinion, unless your trolling, which could be the case, you look like a bang average at best.
There is like 10 videos of Dizzy in a Solos mode(when the mode was available) and he won with a every single legends, but why i`m saying this ? He landed on the Gauntlet every single time and clean every single squad in there, without going for the purple in the middle, and most of the time going with a lot lesser weapons/armor against his opponents.
Also how exactly lowering the TTK change that, explain to us pls ?
You still could land on a white armor(and you will be worst than before - 25hp) and p2020, and i could land next to you with a purple shield and a Volt.
You understand how your opinion doesn`t even make a sense?
As far as the TTK. TTK was never high. It was pretty normal. At the end of the day, this is BR game, with a lot of time wasting on choosing legend, loading screen, drop, loot, heal and so on. If the TTK is low, the game doesn`t make a sense at all.
TTK may look high only for a complete potato aimer.
The TTK was perfect for the game. Why ? Simply because you got a primary weapon and a secondary. With the primary you are focusing on doing most of the damage and to finish with the secondary, as most people were doing. Unless your fighting from distance, which was the most fun/interesting par. Trading in a mid to long range fight was so strategic to when to push, when you break an armor or when you down an enemy, this fight was so interesting and strategic(it was up to you to make the right decision when to push and what to do if your teammate is down).
Now you can`t even react if someone comes from behind with zero audio, and if you are fighting someone else, aka:

Also i see you are talking there was no camping or no sense to do it, wow. Did you even ever watch how the pro scene goes?
With the introducing of Rampart, most of the squads are just camping on high building, and there is just zero skill in that.
Jfc another post that saysB..b...bu...but the pros.
They were good at the game before, they will be good at the game now. Compared to dizzy we all have potatoe aim, including you.
Again, can we have our own opinions instead of " this pro said this, this streamer said that"
