Seer currently has a 1.8 percent pickrate. He deserves a couple of small buffs

tl;dr: bring back seer's circle ellipses and revert the sensor spikers (heartbeat detection) nerf back to 1.25 to make him feel less clunky to use. they already fixed what made him op so respawn devs...

I think this character is everything wrong with Apex, so I'm not only happy to see his pick rate low, but I'd prefer it to be zero and have him deleted.

Reveal meta past Bloodhound is the dumbest thing about this game, second only to the worst way to score people in ranked ever (improving, but still the worst)
