Selfish teammates
Nothing winds me up more than teammates who pick up loot that I've called dibs on. I always play with my fiancé and then a random. Even if we're short ourselves, we will always share loot between u...
@fallenH3llThe fact that I am saying this doesnt mean i am one of those guys, many times i have passed on an item that i could have used because someone called dibs. I just feel that certain things, guns or a hop-up or gun add on then calling dibs is fair enough. Other things like armour and backpacks . . you can call dibs on them to make them stay on the screen, but i dont see why you would expect a team mate to walk past a bigger backpack or better shield just because you happened to be looking in the direction where the other guy pinged it and clicked on it faster. It is a team game after all.
If someone calls for ammo ill drop it for them, ill even give them a gold helmet or backpack if it suits their character better etc so i dont consider myself a selfish player. Personally, if i called Dibs on a blue shield and the other guy didnt have one and gets there first i just let it go because i dont see why i would have a right to have it over him anyway.
Maybe they could make it so both team mates can call dibs on the item, at least you know you have competition for it and get a move on to get there first.
@hayhor that's fair enough regardless letting them know if they need it you've got it. And I wouldnt dibs something if I was in a completely different area of the map. I wouldnt expect to get it then. Only in im in the surrounding buildings.
Yup, people that don't drop shields just so they have plenty for themselves winds me up. I'll drop anything like shields/ health etc if I have it regardless of if its my last.
@Piabetic that's not a bad idea about letting multiple people ping an item. At least then you'd know they wanted it rather than it just looking like they're being a * and taking an item regardless of the fact you've called bids
