Separate the original and competitive ranked modes

I can't see any possible ways to satisfy both kinds of players in one ranked mode. Then why not make a new mode? Name it competitive or championship mode. The most obvious problem is dividing the q...

Yes it might be risky. But it could also bring back some people.

The original ranked could reward more for kills. Bring back demotion protection so people won't worry about rank down. Fun and addictive, no need to be "healthy".

They keep failing to please everyone in one mode. Many people instantly quit when they reach diamond or master and play other games. It will still die in this way. They can try 1 to 2 days per week first.
