Already mentioned by others: frame rate issues.
Already mentioned by others: worst loot ever. I'm sure this was done purposefully in order to make the mid-game bin re-set into AN EVENT. The problem is that when you thin the loot in a game that already effectively has no sbmm then you really are not giving mid-level players any reason whatsoever to hang around for diamond and master target practice. You probably won't find the guns you want, you definitely won't find the attachments you need, and, as of three seasons ago, you don't even get a chance at a decent shield anymore. You get to hope you find some scrubs before the three stacks find you. And all for what? So that you can go into the final three in something more than your underwear? And still without a serviceable weapon? No, the balance (sbmm, loot, EVERYTHING) is so far off now that I find myself queueing into the match just to loot the edges in early-game safety, and quit before I have to move into danger because I have nothing to face danger with.
As far as layout goes, this map is too tight with tons of cover and very little in the way of open spaces where you can catch someone unawares. It's entirely focused on close-quarters, and even the much hailed verticality is useless when the ground below is so cluttered with cover that anyone and everyone can still rush your building, get to the top in half a second through an elevator shaft or a legend ability, and instantly turn the engagement into CQC. The whole thing is too uniform in terms of play style, and more than a little repetitive no matter which POI you're in. And a new map, I would have thought, represented an opportunity for the designers to re-think the center-of-map hot drop crapfest problem this game has always had. But I'm starting to believe that they don't think it's a problem at all since the only times they ever address it is to make it worse.
