Serpent Sting Heirloom?

I was wondering the new universal serpent Sting is it gonna be like the buster sword or are you gonna be able to get it with heirloom shards like the katar?

    @Altezyy The Buster Sword was a Final Fantasy crossover. This is why it is not available with shards. The Serpent Sling is not a crossover so I would expect it will be available with shards.
