@asukojo Something similar happened to me a while ago. But sadly, I don't record anything. I was downed but I could jump around(I was standing while downed). No sprinting, crouching or guns. Just hopping around like a bunny. I just couldn't stop laughing.
That's a funny one. When it happened to me tonight it was with spit fire. Pretty deadly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea just randomly happens and I have not tried to reproduce.This has happened to me once and I actually got a kill. Never happened against me though.
It doesn't matter what weapon the person has. What causes this bug is the enemy used their Tactical or ult at the same time they get knocked and they will have their weapon in their hand instead of their knockdown shield. Causing them to either be able to shoot or melee you while they're knocked.
It's annoying I know. I had a Pathfinder shooting while knocked today in the new mode. I thirsted him immediately.
