Does anyone know why some skins are 6500 & some 10500 tokens?

The random whims of respawn?
Idk, is it not usually weapon skins at 6.5 and legend skins at 10.5? I never really pay attention.
@MandatoryIDtag No. They had 2 different gun recolors in the store at different prices.
