    @Lamboytroy 

    the video also showed wall running and Respawn has said that that will not be a thing. With that in mind I also do not think that a smart pistol is in the making but maybe they will have an energy pistol.

@Machetero0519 It is an old story and not during the apex games. I wouldn't read too much into that.

@Lamboytroy  aim assist causes enough controversy as it is, adding a literal aimbot weapon probably isn't the direction respawn are gonna take I don't think (hope not anyway).
