In my unfiltered opinion, there would be no need to play on an alternate account.

Playing below your skill harms the other skill tiers, which should be prevented.

If they are trying their best to get into their rank then I guess we can say it's allowed, though it's near impossible to see if someone is trying their best.

In general, there is no need to have an alt account, especially for influencers/pro's, they set an example of which other players might copy them.

These kinds of things harm the game, even if they're trying.

I'd say that it would be great to make it bannable, though it's pretty much impossible to detect a smurf.
