Mr. Owen's tweet strikes me as completely disingenuous. "I don't know where the line is." "If you think...." "Feel free to report IMO." What a waffling answer. What he's trying to say, in MY opinion, is that Respawn dislikes the idea of smurfing, but has absolutely no way of dealing with the problem, nor probably much interest since, in the current reality, streamers call the shots. He's doing what corporations have done since the dawn of public relations: he's presenting the "caring face" of Respawn, while offering no substantive relief whatsoever. Wow, I know I feel better.

@reconzero you're not wrong like every video game devs is now being controlled by people who they sponsored for marketing their game

if content creator or professional not happy then they conclused the 97% of the rest of the playerbase ( not just casual but also people who is competitive ) have same opinion as the content creator or professional players which is suck but it's the reality

and due to this the game will have a limited creative freedom because the fear of making your content creator hated and leaving your game like

we been like what 3 years ? and have less content than the game that just released a year ago ( apex legends mobile ) man all those year they could put a limited event where jack copper from titanfall 2 just raiding apex games and if we beat him we can take control of his titan for the rest of the game having fun and everything but nah that would make content creator mad
