Smurfing is a Reportable Offense, So Why Are Streamers Allowed to do it?

Ranked BR is in a terrible state, possibly the worst yet, and Respawn refuses to utilize it's own reporting/suspension/banning system.... THEN WHY HAVE IT???? Just remove any and all ability to repo...

@Nandor78 Hey there, Hideouts had made a clear definition of what that report feature is there for. He explains it is considered smurfing when you purposely tank your stats to stay in low end lobbies for easy kills and wins. This does not apply to owning an alt account which for most quickly moves out of easy lobbies.

Smurfing is literally creating an alt acount to play on. And that definition of smurfing makes no sense since everyone is mostly complaing bout new highly skilled accounts in lower lobies.
