So About Seer....

It's gonna be hard to buff anything about him unless they nerf/tweak his 24/7 wallhack passive. Maybe reduce the range or just turn it into the original audio cue passive. But if he got a passive tweak then yes, he should get a slight buff to tac/ult.

They haven’t nerfed Seer enough until they delete him.  Since I know they won’t, every now and then I pick him and jump him off a cliff right away.  At least for that one game, of the 3 people who loaded up on our team, nobody will have that character.

If you think Seer's passive isn't a problem - well, that speaks volume about you. Sorry, but thats my opinion. You are basically saying that his 24/7 wall hack is fair and justified. You actually suggested to buff it from where it stands now! Question for you then - Are you the type of person that would cry out when someone uses aimbot against you? or Macros with no recoil etc....??

And if so - why? and the difference is.................?

If not, then carry on. 

@soccerking122initial version of Seer was crazy, I mean that part of his ability that was recharging so fast and stunning, hitting, shaking.

Now though he feels as useless as blood after a nerf - I might be slow but blood's new scan that stays on the screen for only 3? seconds is just not enough for me to process information, make use of it unless I just scan a person I already can hear and plan to attack = wallhack.

If I need to choose seer or blood for me currently it would be a coin flip:
- Blood has passive tracking which helps with campers and ult is still good
- Seer has unlimited wallhack but is slow as hell, but combined with longer range weapons and appropriate teammates playing longer-range game he is still usable, Ult is still fine but not as good as the blood's in my opinion.

So what I do - use sound queues, often die to rats and campers, and play someone else in the meantime.

On the stormpoint I really see legends like Wattson, Caustic, Seer and even Blood rendered useless or close to that just because of the size of the map and POI - too open. Honestly, I see that people camping via Rampart having more success on this map. This will again change when other maps come around and say there will be less need for Valk in KC or WE, more room for camping boosting Wattson, Caustic players, Revtain pushes more viable in KC and WE boosting Rev back up to some 5%+ etc.

p.s. just noticed that these stats come from average rank Silver - pretty much useless stats given people at that level usually have no clue and they just play lends to play all of them or ones that have better skins on them etc. it's not about tactics but visuals for them. Quite sure picture would be different if you take Diamond level players - Gibi would be for sure top 5-6, Bang would probably trade places with Wattson, quite sure that lifeline would be at the bottom as well - see at most 1 or 2 per lobby of those.
