Alright so I did what you suggested and... let's just say it left me speechless.

I don't know if you notice, but Jakarta and Zhengzhou are pretty far apart XD. I'm gonna try getting in touch with support and see what they can do. But if I'm being completely honest, creating a new account might be a better move as I haven't put any money into this account, but I don't know, I guess bringing this up to support is worth a try. Thank you for the answer BTW.

Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@EA_Darko I've been trying to do that since yesterday but the site currently seems to not be working. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? after I pick Manage my Account > Hacked account and then click Select contact Option, it just gives me a progress circle and then nothing happens.

Hey @Redirektt, have you ensured that you have disabled any pop-up blockers or browser extensions so that nothing is blocking the chat.
It's no harm trying it in a different browser to see if you have the same issue.
