Hey @theinward,

If I'm not mistaken, if you've received a ban in Apex, you'll be banned on all platforms. If you'd like to dispute the ban, then I recommend reaching out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

They can take a look at this for you.

But actually, my account on ps5 is not banned. And I've played for 190 hours and reached level 130 in the game. I'm also in the process of recharging my gaming account with 150 dollars.
What should I do? I've already filed 3 appeals on my pc account, and if my game account on ps5 is also banned I really won't be able to do anything about it.

@theinward Ensure those 2 accounts are not connected in any way.
