Not had a chance to play due to being away from my Series X since the update came out, how are yous liking the new changes?

- @hayhor Well, I'm getting punished right now for not dropping centre map with half the lobby. And punished for not cringing with Valk.

- @CCbathwater Yeah I understand now. Haven't played yet but my friends have told me they haven't had much issue.
Well then i suggest in next season plz make just one ring and map size of larger swimming pool that will be hotdrop for all of us from start.
Plz set timer on 2min for game and let mayhaim begins....
- @ExpertEpic99 I only had time to play 4-5 matches last night, all in pub duos with my buddy, but we had fun and won the last match before I got off. I'll definitely be playing most of the evening today, so I'll get a better idea of how I feel.
Initial reaction just from those few matches, was positive.
I was able to try out the Spitty with light ammo (feels and sounds exactly the same to me)
I ran Vantage, just to try her out. I am definitely trash with her ult, but that tac is fun! I feel like the cooldown will be increased though, because it felt like I had an Octane pad every 20 seconds, Lmao. I'm not sure how I feel about the amount of info her ult/scopes offer, but I'll have to play as her more, to get a better feel for it.
I kinda prefer the new Skulltown? My opinion could very well change over time, as I fight there more, but it seemed much less thirsty than the original layout. We dropped there our first match, just for old time's sake.
I don't really have much of an opinion so far, but I was able to play a few matches, had fun, and didn't have any connection issues or anything like that, so I can't complain yet @III_Rx_Queen_IIIHot Drop LTM? Why not? Trios from the dropship, single POI with outlying buildings (Relic? Fragment?), if you land outside the ring you die automatically (starting ring is final ring BR strength?), ground is saturated with loot &/or with a default loadout (P2020/Mozam or Control presets). 90 or 120 second timer and then the ring starts moving until it closes.
Yeah, it would be so much fun....
Maybe one time they put something like that.

This has got to be the dumbest thing yet. I can't understand why I have 1 minute to loot and use their stupid crafter before I have to run across the entire map. Like, hello, Respawn, anybody home? Then at least remove all the stupid **** from the loot pool so I can get proper gear within said minute.
- @CCbathwater It hasn't been an issue except that I do have to move to the next area faster, but with Ranked I'm ring oriented anyway to avoid getting gate kept & to have a good position. So it annoys me when teams are trying to engage teams near the storm with 45 secs before it closes ๐. I hate fighting in the storm cuz soon as you come out it seems 1 or 2 teams are waiting to pick you off. It just makes things more stressful fighting & trying not to die from the ring.
Also to answer the OP things have been ok. I've won 3 matches yesterday which is the most I've won in awhile in Ranked ๐ ! But on the other side of things servers were acting up quite a bit. 1 time it cost me a fight. They always know their will be heavy traffic beginning of the season so they should beef up their servers knowing that. Apex has hit its all time peak number of players. I guess that No Apex August movement is doing well. /s
And thereโs a new Vantage tactical trick where you skip the animation and immediately jump.
