spinning wheel on load screen so cant start game? solution

i started the game and saw a spinning wheel on the load screen and the game wouldnt start. to fix this i pressed alt+tab to go to desktop, opened a web browser, waited a minute or so and then presse...

Love their generic responses. Im on PC using Steam definitely not my problem. I can stream and play other games just fine. Spinning wheel of death is what I call this. Fortnite doesnt have this problem. Apex and EA are too big of a company to legit figure this out.
