Splash zone flatline :(

I am trying to get a refund from EA for a skin that was bugged and unintended for release in this state. I've gone through the refund chat and they've constantly told me they cannot refund for ape...

@blackicebally CMs on here cannot give refunds and have no control over things like that. Whoever told you that is mistaken. The Wattson skin refund had a different circumstance as it looked nothing like what people bought. Someone high up and not a CM here made the decision on that.

@blackicebally They don’t do refunds, and if you back charge you will get banned.

Thanks for the information.. But they have done refunds... For the bugged wattson skin...
Which they should.. For this. Because its also a bugged skin the people bought thinking it was intended. I am sure you atleast looked at the link..
(Its not like I bought some skin i didnt like and wanted a refund for the sake of it.. its literally bugged and i didnt know)
