Starvation Error Causes PC Crash/Restart (Fix)

Hello,

Never posted and just got back into Apex right before Season 20.

A couple weeks into the new season I was being met with the starvation error (red audio symbol with the clock) and when it happened it would cause my game to crash and PC to restart immediately. It would never happen during any mixtape modes, or trios/duos, but literally only in ranked mostly when initially waiting to drop from ship to my luck.

I tried everything I can do:

- Ran the game on borderless and stereo audio, Verified files on Steam, run a bunch launch options, used both the direct x12 and normal version, configured program settings in Nvidia control panel, made sure the game and steam is an exception for Windows Virus defender, cleared out drivers with DDU and reinstalled the latest, made sure my temps for the CPU and GPU were within healthy range while playing, updated my BIOS, reinstalled the game on EA instead and nothing would resolve it. 

After trying everything I can think of I tried reinstalling the game to my mostly empty HDD instead of my SSD since thats where all my games and windows boots from... and low and behold that resolved the issue. I have not crashed since, if the starvation error appears nothing happens besides the usual audio cutoff for a nanosecond. Just wanted to share this soulution incase anyone else is having this super annoying issue.

TL/DR if you're crashing during a starvation error try installing the game to a HDD instead of SSD if you have one.
