Still haven't received an heirloom

So I have opened well over 500 packs. I have done the calculator and I am over 500 without any of the season packs and event packs.  I'm lvl 500 and I've been playing for years. The game guarantees one at 500 packs.  I'm here to say that it's a lie.  The algorithm that is used to figure when someone gets an heirloom is broken.  I have friends that have restarted there accounts getting 2 - 3 heirlooms before there even lvl 300 without the hassle of purchasing large amounts of packs.  I would like someone from EA to explain this to me.  I feel that I am being mislead and that they are giving out false information about there game.

    @MassiveCHaos31 Level 500 isn't very many free packs. How many packs do you think you have bought?

    Unfortunately because of the amount of time this game has been out no one on the forum can go back and check. You might try EA help but every time this has come up in the past the person making the claim has over estimated the amount of packs they have bought.

    Cool so they can just falsely advertise aspects of the game and get away with it. I'm not a genius but I'm sure they call that fraud

    Does it only count for packs you have bought? Or free packs you unlock and battle pass packs too?

    I've opened a heck load of packs through the above method. Wish there was a way to know how many!

    (Problem is, would have no idea who I would heirloom for now!)

    @1ronKeys Free packs and packs you have bought count. It would be really nice if they had an heirloom pack counter in game. It would avoid misunderstandings like this.

    The 500-pack guarantee has been working fine for years as far I'm aware, there maybe was an issue back in 2019, though even something like that was quite small-scale.

    It would be quite rare for something like this to happen, as it's usually just a case of players miscalculating their total packs opened.

    Keep in mind that with the release of cross progression that your pack counter might've changed if you have been playing on multiple platforms.

    The pack counter of your highest level account will be taken, meaning that any packs opened on accounts that weren't the highest-level account will not count to the total.

    This might explain why you haven't received an heirloom, though of course a wrong calculation might be the case as well.

    To calculate the total amount of packs you've opened, these sites aren't 100% correct in some cases as far I'm aware, but it should give you a rough idea of how far you are.

    I was level 800+ before I got my first one.

    Not all packs count towards the 500 count.

    Be patient.  it's not a big deal, it'll drop eventually.
