Still no Octane Buff??

Season 6 has been out for a week and octane didn't get a buff. I was wondering why since Respawn already said he will be getting one since there is no news on any new features coming to Octane I'll just list my ideas.

1. The slow heal speed needs to change from 2 health points every second to 4 health points every second.

2. Octane needs to have the ability to use both stims at the same time for 10 HP and 1 stim should only take 5 HP or less

3. Octane needs to be able to reload faster when stimmed and be able to pull out weapons faster than regular legends

4. He should be able to stim downed enemies to make them bleed out faster, and be able to stim teammates after reviving them so they can run away to heal

5. Fix the bug where when you throw a jump pad you end up in front of it

Honestly, Octane doesn't need a HUGE change just some quality of life changes and team benefiting abilities

    @NotPanther301 they just need copy-paste form titanfall 2 aka speed boost with free heal (maybe add 2 charge with 35 sec cooldown? maybe op), still octane isn't bad he is not good in close range but he is very nice in bonny hoop heal/position/flank/normal strafe/run form cover to another cover

    @NotPanther301 i agree he needs a buff badly, i love him, but he sucks. they need to fix his hit box (especially his head) i also think he should a reduce incoming damage second passive (like lifeline or wraith) since he's a fast character and relatively small

    @OctobberOctane Hold up, Lifeline and Wraith take increased damage for their small hitboxes. I think giving that to Octane would make him to fragile since he's vulnerable while running and jump-padding

    @SheepsKing my bad, i read their passives wrong, maybe giving him fortified like caustic would be better or something that has to do will decreased headshot damage
