Hey @williamaire513
Are you sending friend requests to Apex Legends accounts with the same EA Account as you? If so it's currently impossible to do that.

@ArchAngeL-PCX That's not how it works. Console players will only be matched with console players and PC players will only be matched with PC players UNLESS PC and console players are in the same party.

I just checked for the second time...both my daughter on PS4 and me on PC are sending invites from two different EA accounts and email addresses.
- ArchAngeL-PCX5 years agoNot applicable@CompleatBeet Maybe I'm wrong. But I thought they originally described it as if the game matched you with a PC player in your squad, then it would put you in a PC lobby. Hence the option to turn crossplay off in the settings so it wouldn't match you with a PC random.
I didn't think crossplay with PC was always limited to specifically having to invite a PC friend in order to get matched. - williamaire5135 years agoNot applicable
I got it to work by logging into the EA, however, one of my accounts has been wiped clean...lost all my characters and skins...
- ArchAngeL-PCX5 years agoNot applicable@williamaire513 Report it to EA. This happened to my friend when he had to relink his account. I guess he had the wrong one linked. They didn't restore his stuff, but gave him a ton of crafting metals and such so he could basically craft whatever he wanted.
