@DethMetalMilkMan I disagree, I believe that people that were here longer should not have any sort of advantage, even if they paid for that advantage.

I did the grind for the Flatline skins cause they looked cool and I had the Apex coins to buy the pass.
The gun with this update will not look good any more.
I paid for a cosmetic, not an advantage.
Respawn even clarify that there is no advantage in the post regarding these changes...

We hope players who own these skins will appreciate these improvements and support us as we work to keep Apex Legends fun and fair."
Just "Perceived advantages." I have no illusions about it, no matter what skin/sights I have, i'm trash. But I would rather look at the pretty thing I spent actual money on, than a fugly iron sight.

I feel that people complaining about this change are just overreacting to a very small thing. I did read it. And I don't appreciate it.
And you said it yourself, people are overreating to a very small thing. So why do they need to change it in the first place?
Especially something that was locked behind a pay wall and time sink?
This change should be thrown out completely.- @DethMetalMilkMan My job is not to prove that it’s a good decision, it is already in place. Your job is to find a way to prove that the change is not necessary. If you can prove that the change in the sight makes it worse than other flatline iron sights, then I’ll concede.
I paid good money for that skin, for the P2W sights, as many did. They can't say they didn't foresee an advantage of said sight. I'll pray for them.
This is kind of tricky and I think Respawn probably should've never offered skins that had any advantages in the first place. Regardless, it's been done, but I'm not sure if altering the season 4 flatline skin or any other skin is the right decision. They're basically changing something that people purchased specifically for that design. People should definitely get refunded. A better solution might have been to change the base skin to something similar to these paid 2 win skins.
