STOP PUTTING ME IN PRED LOBBIES
I am diamond 4 player. Can you please sort your * matchmaking and stop putting me in pred lobbies for the love of * God? Thanks

If you look at the population broken down by rank then you'll see how few master/preds there are. And these people have to play someone unless they all plan ahead to be on at the same time. And that someone is (drum roll please) diamonds. Sorry, my friend, but you're master-adjacent. If you build your house next to these guys then you're gonna have to be awake at 3am when they throw a party. I know this isn't going to make you feel any better about it, but I guess it's good to know why it's happening.

@reconzero i get what you mean but respawn need to get a grip and fix this somehow.
@stbnomad22 There's a topic on this forum somewhere, explaining that the matchmaking does this on purpose, making you crave for a win after a loss, thus keeping you hooked on playing. If you would win more often, you might get bored quickly.
- @Wolferato Right so the game is just trash and will always be trash. 8 seasons i get diamond solo queuing 8 seasons they put me automatically in pred lobbies. Its just such a bad game.
- @stbnomad22 The way to fix it is to make it easier to get higher, making the master population bigger. You'd then get higher and be in the same spot tho.
- @hayhor that's exactly what I was about to say. They need to somehow make it easier for people to get up to masters, so that preds and masters will play each other. Also, maybe increase the amount of preds, since there's a large population of players for this game.
They honestly should have a set number for masters, and it should be large enough to satisfy matchmaking for pred/masters lobbies.

that is why respawn haven't done anything about the matchmaking- @kittysune yeah its a shame. No solution for the soloQ loner except for not playing anymore.
- @stbnomad22 well i don't play ranked since im suck at the game but i still being put on same lobbies as smurf preds or just preds so yeah there is nothing we can do

Potential solutions:
1. Masters and preds wait however long it takes to get matches only with other mastsers and preds. They would all quit the game. Which I'm good with, but I doubt that Respawn is.
2. Lower the skill ceiling on the game. There are many compelling reasons for this to happen, but it would make streamers cry and they pretty much run the show, or so it seems. This would definitely get my vote but is about as likely to happen as monkeys flying out of my butt.
3. Go back to the old ranking system and swell the ranks of the masters/preds. This is strictly a cosmetic solution and would not have any effect on the quality of your matches. But would you feel better about losing to a master squad if your banner said "master" on it too?I’m in gold and see Diamond trails in every game so you know…..
