Stuck as jump master
I seem to be jump master 98% of the time and its no exageration. I am literally jump master 9 out of every 10 jumps. At one time I was jump master 18 times in a row before it switched to someone else...

@i-NormI completely understand. If anything would make me give this game up is Always being the Jumpmaster 😅. I've got used to it, then it's like ok guys it's not funny anymore.
The best I can get an understanding of it, is your "power level" of winning as the Jump Master is far higher than the players you queue up with. There are so many stats/factors in Apex I don't think most of them are even thought about to show us on paper.
@XNocturnalGamer Based on how I've seen the game pick Jumpmasters, its not stats or power level based. Its based on who clicked on a legend last, (not get auto assigned), or who was last to pick a legend, if no one else selected their legend during their selection turn.

It's a The only reason I mentioned the 'power level' is b/c I heard I a dev speak on this due to matchmaking/no source years ago but It was not this consistent until about Season 7,8,9 in which was the height of my career/skills honed in. It made more sense than these 20-combinations I have tried b/c I'm still the jumpmaster class.@XNocturnalGamer I've split from the team several times already, and what's even funnier, I would land somewhere else than where they had pinged, and then they would just follow me there instead. Like, so much for knowing where you wanted to land... I guess.
Also, what you're saying about the power level does make sense, however from my experiences, I'm only the Jumpmaster if the first two didn't pick a legend on their own, or I had picked a legend on my own last. Earlier today, the first player manually picked Newcastle. The second player waited out the timer, and was assigned Mad Maggie. I also waited out the timer, and was assigned Lifeline.
Who became the Jumpmaster? Newcastle did.If it is power based, I haven't seen anything that would suggest it as such yet. So, if you happen to get it on video, that would be quite interesting to see.

I have tried everything suggested here and it doesnt change the fact that I am stuck on being the default jump master. Again... it normally wouldn't bother except for the fact that its now GLARINGLY annoying. I mean I played 33 games last night and I was the selected jumpmaster 29 times. I KID YOU NOT!!!
For anyone that thinks its a petty reason to be upset I hope it happens to you for over 2 months and let's see if it still doesn't bother you.
I promise you its so annoying.
