Her tactical is just ineffective. It does not last long enough and it doesn't slow players down that much. Plus it only effects one player.
Make her tactical more like Watson's fences. So you can use it to block doorways, tunnels, narrow canyons, etc. Extend the time and make it effect any player that run into it.
The visual for her Ult could be better, I agree with what has been said, it can be difficult to place it well if your under pressure.

Like you agree the tactical is just rarely effective at best, so it should be buffed, but buffed may make it too good so just make it buffed and an ult.
The ult is cool when it works but poor deployment, needs to be more frequent or given like several to use. Either as loads like Vantage, or have 5 to use within 30 seconds or something. Imho
