@DarthValtrexI am not sure. A week or two after the ban I started sending and I've send about 6. The ban happened mid april.

    Hi, can you double check for older emails (from back in April) that might have been caught in a spam filter? You should have received correspondence on how to proceed, back then. 

    If you don't have any such mails, can you send me a DM to let me know? While I don't have any way to affect bans, I'll look into why that mail didn't go out, and we can try to move forward.

      @EA_David Thank you so much! You're the first person that has given me hope. I received only an initial email saying my account was banned but that was it.
